The technical team is assigned to intervene 24/7 against electrical failures.
The electrical devices in the rooms are products that comply with quality standards and have been regularly checked.

There is a detailed Emergency Action Plan against fire, earthquake, sabotage or similar extraordinary situations.
Guests are informed about emergency exits and security information during check-in.
In the event of a possible emergency, the hotel staff is responsible for evacuating the guests in the fastest and safest way.

It is strongly requested not to smoke in the rooms in order to reduce the risk of fire (smoking is allowed only in designated areas).
